Shipping Policy
PROCESSING TIME
Once you place an order with us, our team begins processing it as soon as possible. Our usual processing time is 3-5 working days (Monday – Saturday). This includes verifying your order, preparing the artwork for dispatch, and ensuring everything is properly packaged for safe delivery. During high demand periods or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We will keep you informed about any delays.
Note: Processing times may vary based on the nature of your artwork (customized, made-to-order, etc.).
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently offer shipping across most locations in India, with some exceptions due to logistical constraints. We are continuously expanding our service area and working to serve all locations. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact our customer support for clarification.
Important: Some pin codes may be temporarily non-serviceable due to operational reasons. We strive to rectify this at the earliest.
SHIPPPING COSTS
We currently offer free shipping on all products throughout India.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 8-10 business days. However, the exact delivery timeline may vary depending on your location and serviceability of your pin code. Some remote locations may take longer for delivery.
Note: Delivery times are subject to third-party logistics partners’ policies, and transit delays may occur, especially during busy periods like festivals or holidays.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a tracking link to monitor your order’s progress. You can track the status and expected delivery date of your shipment via this link.
If you have not received your tracking number within 5 days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
PACKAGING & HANDLING
We take extreme care in packing each order to ensure your artwork arrives safely. We use premium packaging materials to protect your products during transit. Here’s how we pack your orders:
For Rolled Art
- The artwork is wrapped in protective foam sheet to avoid exposure to light and moisture.
- It is then placed inside a durable Kraft reel tube and sealed securely to ensure no damage during delivery.
For Framed Art
- The artwork is printed, framed, and protected with cardboard corner protectors to safeguard the frame.
- We wrap the framed art in protective foam sheet, then multiple layers of bubble wrap for cushioning.
- Finally, the artwork is packed in a sturdy corrugated box with internal fillers.
This ensures your art is safe, secure, and protected from any external damage during transit.
SHIPPING PARTNERS
We collaborate with trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, FedEx, DTDC, Blue Dart, and others to ensure timely and safe delivery of your artwork. Transit times may vary depending on the location and courier partner used.
DELIVERY TO YOUR LOCATION
We prioritize locations with good pin code serviceability. Deliveries to major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad typically take 5-7 business days after dispatch. For remote areas, delivery may take longer.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM ORDERS
We offer both ready-made and custom-made artwork that is individually crafted for each order. Custom orders may take slightly longer to process due to the unique requirements involved in the creation of the artwork.
- Custom Artwork: Estimated processing time for custom orders can vary between 7-10 business days depending on the complexity of the order.
- Made-to-Order Prints: These are carefully printed and framed as per your specifications. Expect 3-5 business days for processing.
Please allow a little extra time for custom or made-to-order pieces, as we want to ensure the highest quality for you.
PRODUCT ORIGIN
All our products are proudly made in India. We collaborate with local artists and craftsmen to ensure each piece reflects the true essence of Indian art and culture. Our designs are printed, framed, and shipped with love.
COLOUR VARIATIONS
Please note that the final product’s colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different screen settings and lighting conditions. While we strive to ensure the colours are as accurate as possible, the printed product may have minor differences compared to the website.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE INDIA
We are pleased to offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Our international delivery service covers a wide range of locations, including the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, and the GCC-Middle East. Please note that for these regions, delivery may take 5 to 7 days longer than the estimated delivery time mentioned for domestic shipments. For remote or rural locations, delivery may take additional time, but we always aim to deliver your artwork earlier than the specified time frame whenever possible.
For custom artworks or pieces with larger or irregular sizes, we will provide a customized shipping quote to ensure the most accurate delivery cost.
CUSTOMS FEES & DUTIES
International customers should be aware that the shipping costs quoted at checkout do not include Customs Clearance Fees or Duties, which may occasionally apply based on the regulations of your country. These charges are determined by your country’s customs laws and are typically collected by the courier partner either upon delivery or before delivery. While we cannot provide an exact estimate of these charges as they vary from country to country, they are generally nominal.

For global shipments, we primarily use trusted and reliable courier services such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx. These couriers are known for their efficiency and reliability, ensuring your artwork is safely delivered.
