Refund & Return Policy
OVERVIEW
At Vitri Design Studio, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, in case you’re not completely happy with your order, we have a clear and straightforward return and refund policy to assist you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return or exchange the product within 10 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. You can return the product either by self-shipping or requesting a reverse pickup.
For any damaged or incorrect items received, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery. You may be asked to share a video of the product during unboxing for verification of the issue.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS
We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product – If the item is damaged during delivery or has defects, we will process a free replacement or refund.
- Wrong Item Delivered – If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, we will replace it or issue a refund.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with a video of the product during unboxing.
Note: Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
RETURNS PROCESS
Following is the return process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us via Email.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions for shipping.
- Returns should be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the return request.
- Self-shipped returns: If you choose to self-ship the returned items, kindly use a reliable courier service. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For returns of damaged or incorrect items, please send us:
- Proof of damage (e.g., video during unboxing of the product or photos)
- Order number
We will inspect the returned items, and once verified, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.
REFUND PROCESS
If your return qualifies for a refund, please note the following:
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- It may take additional time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Customized products (including framed artwork and personalized designs).
- Sale or discount items.
- Gift cards.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, we begin processing and preparing your custom item right away. As such, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been confirmed.
However, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Orders placed outside business hours will be eligible for cancellation during the next business day.
DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY
In the event that your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 2 hours of receipt. To facilitate a quick replacement, kindly send us a video showing the unboxing process and photos of the damaged product.
Note: We are unable to process refunds or replacements if notified after the 2-hour period has elapsed and all sales will be marked final.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only offered for products that are:
- Damaged during shipment.
- Incorrectly shipped to you.
For an exchange request, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your product, providing video/photos of the damaged/incorrect product during unboxing. If everything checks out, we will initiate the exchange.
