We offer free shipping across most locations in India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at +91 72320 67777 or email support@vitridesignstudio.com. Some pin codes may be temporarily non-serviceable, but we strive to deliver to all locations.
You can securely complete your purchase using Debit/Credit Cards, Net-banking, UPI, Wallets, and other online payment methods. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Shipping times range from 8 to 10 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the serviceability of your pin code. Remote locations may take a little longer.
We take extra care to package your artwork securely:
- For Rolled Art: Each piece is wrapped in protective foam sheet and placed inside a durable Kraft reel tube.
- For Framed Art: The artwork is wrapped in foam sheet, cushioned with bubble wrap, and placed in a sturdy corrugated box with internal fillers to prevent damage.
Cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, the production process begins, and cancellations are not possible.
Yes, you will receive a digital invoice via email and a printed copy with your delivery. Please keep the invoice for any returns or exchanges.
Returns and exchanges are allowed within 10 days of receipt if the artwork is unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact. We offer exchanges or refunds for damaged or incorrect items. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for more information.
Yes, we offer personalized artwork services. You can share your vision with us, and our team will create a bespoke piece tailored to your specifications. Visit our Tailored Portraits page or contact support@vitridesignstudio.com for more information.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your order’s progress.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Include a video of the product during unboxing for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
